MIROSS Travel Agency has been founded in 1989 and now-a-days is existing as a private organization owned by Mirjana Šaletić. In 1998 we have opened an independent company in Podgorica, Montenegro. Today we have more than 30 full time employees in Belgrade, and more than 10 full time employees in Podgorica and several part-time workers.

Agency is specialized in organizing seminars, congresses and special event arrangements for our business partners:

Miross Agency is a licensed IATA member (International Air Transport Association) since the beginning of 1995, ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents, International Chapter) since 1995, ICCA and MPI since 2009 and YUTA (Yugoslav Association of Travel Agencies) since the beginning. We are in the process of joining IAPCO and we will become a full member of this association until the next year.

Our agency is directly linked to the AMADEUS reservation system, through which air, hotel and rent-a-car reservations are being made for the whole world. Also, we use BSP for automatic issuing of air tickets in both our offices in Belgrade and Podgorica. We are contractors for all the major hotels in the region. From 2014 we are connected also to GALILEO which secures that our clients are always getting best rates and connections.

In the field of education: SIDU, Summer School for Inter-religious Dialogue and Understanding (1993-1998), Summer School on Sociology (1998-2001), Economy (1998-2005), Human rights (2000-2005), Democracy (1998-2005), as well as a series of educational seminars with the Ministry of Education within the on-going reform of Education.

MIROSS is a licensed agent providing services in travel/accommodation for many domestic and foreign companies and organizations such as: National Bank of Serbia, Office for joining the EU, Office for Protecting Laundering Money, Ministry for Minorities, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, Schools for Musical Education, Center for Culture Stari Grad, Media Center, Radio & TV B92, ANEM, Radio & TV Serbia.

Besides this, MIROSS has given complete logistic support in organizing seminars of the non-governmental organizations Civil Initiatives, CeSID, Strategic Marketing, Belgrade Center for human rights Fond for an Open Society, Fond Center for Democracy, Center for Anti-war Action, Fond for Humanitarian Law, CRNVO, Cedem, CAZAS, Helsinki Committee for Human Rights, etc.

MIROSS cooperates with many international organizations such as: Care International, Save the Children, UNDP, OSCE Montenegro, Project on Ethnic Relations, Pax Christi, Freedom House, British Council, Centre Culturel Français, Development Alternative Inc. Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Heinrich Bőll Foundation, CHF International, CRS, Delegation of European Commission, World Bank, Council of Europe, Norwegian Peoples Aid, IREX and others.

We have been awarded a Contract for all the UN Agencies in Serbia as of 2006 and the new one as of September 2015. In Montenegro we are UN Agencies' appointed agent as of April 2008. From June 2009-2013 we have been GIZ appointed agent for all their business/leisure travel and later seminar/meeting organization.

With the Ministry of Health, we have been awarded several contracts on educational seminars related to struggle against tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS funded by Global Fond.

We have been chosen by the World Bank office in Belgrade for technical support within DILS project in Serbia which the three ministries are implementing – Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (since 2010.) In the year 2013 we have added two new contracts with very important clients - NIS Gazprom from Novi Sad and Japan Tobacco International from Belgrade/Senta. As of February 2014, we are appointed agent for the UN Agencies in Bosnia & Herzegovina. From 2015, Miross Travel Agency signed contracts with Danish Refuge Centre, ASB, Help and many other organizations. In the year 2016 we become an official travel agent of CEFTA for business travel and event organizations in the region and we become an official travel agent of FINCORE, one of the most expanding IT companies in Serbia. From the year 2017 we are an official agent for Telenor in Montenegro, Serbian and Montenegrin flight control. In 2018 Miross has been awarded with contract with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Serbian tax administration, Dahua and Magna Pharmacia. In the year 2019 MIROSS has become an official agency of ASTRA ZENECA, Labaratorie INOTECH.
